We came into Boyd's OBX Chevrolet just planning to get an offer to buy our car and we left with an almost new Jeep Rubicon! This is because of the great service by our consultant Mike Murray and the GM Ricardo who helped close the deal. They were very fair with the trade in value and made it a good value to buy the Jeep from them versus buying 1 online and shipping it to us. Even after the sale Mike made arrangements to surprise our son and did a surprise reveal complete with large bow. The whole Staff went above and beyond the call of duty and I highly recommend Boyds as they made us feel valued and that we got a great deal. 5 stars!

Great experience only problem was that I served and retired from Marine Corps after 28 years and because the website was not working correctly, my military discount could not be applied. I asked if a copy of my retired ID card be enough but the dealership said that it has to be done through this website therefore I could not get the discount. In the end I had to pay 500 dollars more than I wanted to but other than that experience was good.

I'll say that my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation took a lot longer than I expected - however, Mr. Fox recognized this issue without me bringing it up and made it worth my time when it came to paying my bill. This is why I will definitely be back for all my service needs or new car needs. This service department is now my go to for Chevy service.
